1. WHO WE ARE

The Global Gateway is a visa and travel consultation company based in New Delhi, India. We provide advisory and documentation assistance services to help Indian citizens apply for tourist visas to countries including  but not limited to  the USA, Europe (Schengen zone), Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

We are a private consultation service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as a representative of any embassy, consulate, government authority, or immigration department.


2. WHAT WE DO  AND WHAT WE DON’T

What We Do

  • Review your personal profile and advise on visa eligibility and strategy
  • Provide a customized document checklist based on your situation
  • Help you prepare, organize, and review your visa application documents
  • Assist with form-filling (DS-160, Schengen application forms, online applications, etc.)
  • Guide you through appointment booking and biometric processes
  • Prepare cover letters, travel itineraries, and supporting documents
  • Conduct mock interview preparation (for USA visa applicants)
  • Follow up on your application status and assist with additional document requests

What We Don’t Do

  • We do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. No consultant, agent, or service in the world can guarantee a visa.
  • We do not submit applications on your behalf without your explicit consent and participation.
  • We are not immigration lawyers or attorneys. Our services are consultancy and documentation assistance  not legal advice.
  • We do not have any influence over embassy decisions, processing times, or interview outcomes. These are entirely in the control of the issuing authority.

3. VISA APPROVAL  IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

Visa approval is never guaranteed.

The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made entirely by the embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of the destination country. The Global Gateway provides expert guidance and documentation support to give your application the best possible chance  but we cannot control, predict, or influence the outcome.

Factors that affect visa decisions  such as your financial profile, travel history, employment status, purpose of visit, the consulate officer’s assessment, or changes in government policy  are outside our control.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • A visa refusal does not automatically mean our service was inadequate
  • Our professional fee is charged for the consultation and documentation work we perform  not for a visa outcome
  • We do not offer refunds solely on the basis of a visa rejection (see Section 8 for our Refund Policy)
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you provide to us

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

When you use our services, you agree to:

4.1 Provide Accurate Information All information you share with us  including personal details, financial information, travel history, and purpose of visit  must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information to us or to any embassy/consulate is illegal and may result in visa bans, deportation, or criminal action. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

4.2 Submit Documents on Time Visa applications have strict timelines. You agree to provide all requested documents within the timeframe we communicate to you. Delays caused by late document submission from your end are not our responsibility.

4.3 Attend Appointments and Interviews For visas that require in-person appointments (such as the US visa interview or biometric submission), you are responsible for attending at the time and place booked. We are not liable for missed appointments.

4.4 Keep Your Contact Information Updated You agree to keep your phone number, WhatsApp, and email address active and updated so we can reach you during your application process.

4.5 Follow Our Advice Responsibly Our advice is based on our experience and the information you provide. Final decisions  such as what to include in your application or how to answer interview questions  remain yours. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your decision to deviate from our guidance.


5. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We commit to:

  • Providing honest, professional advice based on your profile and the best of our knowledge and experience
  • Reviewing your documents carefully before submission
  • Being available and responsive during your application process
  • Keeping your personal information confidential (see our Privacy Policy)
  • Informing you promptly of any updates or issues with your application
  • Being upfront about risks we see in your application before you proceed

6. FEES AND PAYMENT

6.1 Our Service Fee

Our professional service fee covers the consultation, document review, application preparation, and support work we perform. This fee is separate from and in addition to any official government visa fee charged by the embassy, consulate, or visa application center.

Our fees are communicated to you clearly during or after your initial consultation, before you commit to engaging us. We do not charge hidden fees.

6.2 Government / Embassy Fees

Official visa fees (such as the US MRV fee, Schengen visa fee, or Australian visa application charge) are paid directly to the relevant government authority  not to us. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances and are governed entirely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

6.3 Payment Terms

  • Payment for our services must be made as agreed before we begin processing your application
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated to you at the time of engagement
  • Receipts are provided upon request

6.4 Additional Charges

If your application requires additional work beyond what was originally agreed  for example, responding to a Request for Further Information (RFI) from an embassy, handling an administrative processing case, or preparing for a second interview  additional charges may apply. We will inform you before undertaking any additional billable work.


7. CANCELLATIONS

7.1 Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel your engagement with us:

  • Before we begin work: You may cancel and receive a full refund of any service fee paid, minus any administrative charges already incurred.
  • After we have begun work but before application submission: A partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the work already completed.
  • After the application has been submitted: No refund is available once the application has been submitted to the embassy or visa authority, as the work has been completed.

7.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel our services and issue a full refund if:

  • We discover that you have provided false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading information
  • We determine that your application poses a legal or ethical risk
  • Circumstances beyond our control prevent us from continuing the service

8. REFUND POLICY

We want to be fully transparent about refunds.

Visa rejection is not a basis for a refund. As explained in Section 3, visa decisions are made entirely by the embassy or immigration authority. Our service fee is charged for the professional work we perform on your application  regardless of outcome.

If you believe a refund is warranted for a reason not listed above, please contact us. We handle all requests fairly and individually.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website  including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions  is the property of The Global Gateway and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.


10. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to external websites such as embassy portals, VFS Global, government immigration websites, or travel resources. These links are provided for your convenience only.

We have no control over the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites and are not responsible for any information you submit to them. Visiting external websites is at your own risk.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Global Gateway is not liable for any visa refusal, delay, or cancellation by any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority
  • We are not liable for any financial loss arising from non-refundable travel bookings, hotel reservations, or other expenses made in anticipation of a visa approval
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of our services
  • Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the service fee you paid us for the specific engagement in question

We strongly advise clients not to make non-refundable travel bookings (flights, hotels, tours) until their visa has been officially approved and received.


12. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We are committed to providing the highest quality of service and guidance. However, we make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that:

  • Your visa application will be approved
  • Your visa will be processed within a specific timeframe
  • The advice we give will result in a particular outcome
  • Embassy policies, requirements, or processing times will remain unchanged

Visa requirements and embassy policies can change without notice. We stay as current as possible on policy changes, but we are not liable for changes that occur after we have provided advice.


13. CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential. We do not share your personal or financial information with any third party except as required for your visa application (e.g., to a VFS center, embassy, or authorized agent) or as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. COMMUNICATION AND CONSENT

By providing your WhatsApp number and email address, you consent to receiving communication from us related to your visa application and our services. This may include:

  • Application status updates
  • Document requests
  • Appointment reminders
  • General information about our services

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing info@theglobalgateway.com.

We also run advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. By visiting our website, you may be included in retargeting audiences on these platforms. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details and opt-out options.


15. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably:

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Global Gateway regarding your use of our website and services. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between us.
